Why Words Matter
February 24, 2017By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Hebrews 11:3 NKJV
1. WORLDS ARE FRAMED. The whole universe is held together by the word of God’s power (Hebrews 11:3). What’s going to frame your world? Will you yield to doubt and fear? Cave in to depression? Instead, let the promises of God fuel your faith.
For assuredly, I [Jesus] say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Mark 11:23 NKJV
2. MOUNTAINS MOVE. We need to know what we believe in order to plow through obstacles. If you are wondering if it is God’s will to heal, stop and meditate on how Jesus responded to sick people. He healed all who were sick and oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38). He said to the leper, “I am willing; be cleansed” (Matthew 8:3). Let the Word get you out of fear and into faith.
Then He [Jesus] arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. Mark 4:39 NKJV
3. WIND & SEA ARE CALMED. When you spend time with God, you are changed. Go to a prayer closet, get out in nature, use your car—find a spot to get with God so that you can come back with the faith to speak life and change into your circumstances; to speak the Gospel over nations; to command demons to flee.
God bless you!

DAILY CONFESSION:
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17). God’s Word does not return empty without accomplishing what He sent it to do (Isaiah 55:11). Whatever things I ask when I pray, I believe that I receive them and I will have them (Mark 11:24).
